If you feel discrimination based on familial status is wrong, please send an email to FamilialStatus@gmail.com.  Please indicate whether or not you wish to remain anonymous.  Here is a template to go by, but you may provide as little or as much information as you like.  All fields are optional.

  • I agree that military housing policies violate the Fair Housing Act and are therefore unlawful.

  • I agree that the military is subordinate to the civilian government and is required to comply with laws created by representatives elected by The People.

  • I agree that Commanders are required to uphold the law and must stop tolerating unlawful discrimination against members without dependents.

  • I agree that Equal Opportunity offices should accept reports of discrimination based on familial status.

  • I agree that Equal Opportunity offices should identify trends related to familial status discrimination and report them to the chain of command.

  • I agree that financial discrimination against service members without dependents is wrong and should be illegal.

  • I agree that service members without dependents should be treated equally and with dignity and respect.
